Another Calatrava


Santiago Calavrava a Spanish architect designed this building called the Queen Sofia Palace of the Arts which was the final structure built in the complex.   Construction begun in 1995 and was opened October 2005.  The building is 14 stories high and includes several stories below ground.     It seats 1,700 people which serves a multi-purpose including opera, dance and the performing arts.
